Most of you are probably thinking, "Greg Oden can't be Rookie of the Year because he was drafted last year."
But the rule is that a player can be Rookie of the Year if they have never played in a single NBA game, which Oden hasn't.
So we know by the rules Oden could be Rookie of the Year. But the question is does he have enough talent?
The were a lot of great players drafted this year that would be hard for Oden to play better than, i.e. Derrick Rose, Michael Beasley, O.J Mayo, and the Lopez brothers.
But Oden was picked first the year before, so he definitely has a chance.
